Anger is one of the characteristics of
human beings. To get angry is not a bad
thing. The problem about anger is not the
anger itself. The problem is inability to
control it. Many relationships and marriages
have been crushed and damaged by anger.
But you can control your anger. It is a
matter of determination and self discipline.
The secretion of adrenaline during anger can
be controlled by our cerebral hemispheres.
The following tips can help you avoid anger
from destroying your marriage or
relationship:
1. When your spouse makes you angry, do not
utter any word. Just keep quiet.
2. Walk away from the scene of the event.
3. Drink a glass of cold water. It will help to
reduce the tension of the anger.
4. You can listen to music or get yourself
engaged with your hobbies.
5. You may also decide to sleep.
6. After about one hour, sit your spouse
down and iron out your differences amicably.
By then the tension of the anger must
have calmed down.
7. Do not say any negative word when you
are angry. That negative word can destroy
your marriage or relationship forever.
8. Above all, pray always asking God to give

angry.
